About Ariella Lindenfeld, LCAT

Much of my practice focuses on supporting people through life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. I work with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and the ups and downs of emerging adulthood, career changes, parenthood, and other major life transitions. I specialize in individual therapy, couples and relationship support, life transitions, and stress management, creating a space where clients can explore their story and gain clarity and confidence.

I believe that transformative therapy begins with a collaborative, trusting, and compassionate partnership, one that honors the unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives each person brings. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out — you can just be yourself. I aim to provide a warm, safe, and affirming environment, recognizing the ways life changes, relationships, and personal circumstances shape each person’s journey.

My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from attachment-informed, psychodynamic, and existential perspectives. I am passionate about helping people understand patterns, navigate challenges, and explore their story in ways that foster insight, resilience, and meaningful growth.
