I offer individual and couples therapy in 50-minute virtual sessions. I assist you as you navigate life’s transitions — whether it’s the challenges of college or emerging adulthood, shifting careers, parenthood, or managing relationship changes. Therapy sessions are a safe space to explore your story, make sense of your experiences, and find practical ways to move forward with confidence and clarity to attain your intended goals.

Fees and Health Insurance Information

I accept Cigna, UnitedHealthcare (Optum network), and Oscar insurance, in addition to out-of-network benefits and private pay. I also offer a sliding scale to make therapy more accessible, so we can have an open conversation about fees without added stress. My goal is to create a space where you can focus on your story and your growth, not financial worries.

For clients using out-of-network coverage, I provide monthly receipts (“superbill”) with the necessary codes for insurance claims, making it easier for you to navigate reimbursement while continuing your work in therapy.
